Upload any sample excel csv file with incorrect file name and incorrect data into it
Actual Result: User is able to upload the data even with incorrect- filename and incorrect data type
Expected Result: Validation should be present inside the csv file data as well for the file name
for eg : Validate column name and its content

Added validation for uploading csv, if there was any errors in the csv, a popup with error message will shows in the page with the downloading link. can download the csv with the failed data through the link.

1. "Out of 3 rows, 1 rows uploaded successfully, Failed to upload 2 rows." Message showing while upload the document with one row of data.

changed the sample csv file, the issue is getting after deleting an existing data and upadating with new data so the sample data provided in the csv is reduced to 1.
