Add the Time of payment in payment Report

Description
Add Time of payment in the payment report. Currently, we are not showing the date and time of any payments. So please add it accordingly.

1. Date and time is not updated in the payment report when we settle from the app.
Steps:- Make a trip >> Complete the trip >> Make payment from tukxi driver app (Amount payable to Tukxi) >> Check the settlement date in the payment report.
2. Date and time updating in the payment report for settled items from the app, when we try to make settle from settlement report.
Steps:- Make a trip >> Complete the trip >> Make payment from tukxi driver app (Amount payable to Tukxi) >> Check the settlement date in the payment report. >> Make another trip >> Complete the trip >> Make settlement from settlement report. >> Check the settlement date in the payment report for the latest 2 entries.
3. The date and time are not updated for the entries Marked as Settled from the payment report.
