1. Send Push-Notification page is reload to default, when after send a notification.
2. Need to add the option "Select user Type" for user type by default.

added the option "Select user Type" for user type by default. send notification page is reload to default beacuse after submitting the form data there is no need to keep the data in the corresponding fields, it make confunsion about the form submitted or not.
