Description
Bulk settlement option to be implemented in admin. <br>driver app settle now' value's calibration. Ex: cancel trip payment, suburban, cab driver flat fee etc
Issues

1. Select amount range should be 2 number input field with start and end amount range.
2. Need a new column of total summarize pay amount to driver
3. Date filter not working properly
4. View details not loading properly (Payment report not loading)

1. Updated amount filter fields for amount-based filtration: The amount filter is not working.
2. The amount payable to the driver was calculated based on the values informed by the marketing department so rewritted the existing condition: The calculation is not correct.
