Need to change in Driver Payment Screen
1. Tax on fare = Distance tax + Pick up fare tax
2. Tax on Fee = Booking fee tax
3. Tax on commission = Tukxi commission(flat fee / percentage)
Create drop down for tax view:
The tax section only show when the user is clicking on tax drop down

The payment sreen should have:
1. Distance fee
2. Booking fee
3. Tukxi commission
