Issue Summary: "No Vehicle" Button Appears on 3rd Trip Attempt
Steps to Reproduce:

Successfully request Trip 1 using Step Request.
Successfully request Trip 2 using Step Request.
Attempt to request a 3rd trip using Step Request.
The UI immediately shows "No Vehicle" button.

Changed the loadAvailableCabV2.php api to fetch the vehicles based on the vehicle type location associated to that particular vehicle.
