Settlement report:-
1. Vehicle body type is showing in Vehicle Type field.
Payment Report.
1. The downloaded/exported payment report is not in the correct format, all the data are in the single column.

Changed vehicle body type filteration to vehicle type filteration. Fixed issue in the export files, added ajax search for driver selection.

1. The downloaded/exported payment report is not in the correct format, all the data are in the single column.
2. Invalid validation message showing, when we use decimal values to filter the settlement report based on the amount from.

- Fixed issue in formatting of payment report and settlement report export.
- There is no need of the vehicle type filteration for wallet report beacuse we should choose driver to show report.
- Fixed issue in the from amount and to amount field in the settlement report (This change is not committed to the production).
