Implement mandatory application updates.
Impact Analysis
Mandatory update is implemented in this bug. Users should not be able to use the application if their version is lower than the mandatory version that's set in the server. We can check it by updating the mandatory version as higher than the existing version and build number in the server.

The mandatory update in Tukxi Driver application is already implemented. No further changes is required for this issue.
